Bodywork with Rachel is a co-creative process with a shared goal of your improved health and wellbeing. Together, we assess and address the conditions in your life that are holding you back. In one form or another, these blocks are manifested in the physical and subtle layers of your body. During our work together, we will use touch, gentle movement and guided awareness to allow the innate intelligence of your body to help promote healing.
Each session is different, some can be relaxing and nourishing, while others encourage vulnerability and an attitude of personal discovery. Each session should leave you feeling nourished, and inspired.

Tarot Session
I've been reading tarot professionally for over 12 years. In this session I combine my scholarship in Depth Psychology with my deep love and study of the tarot, we use the tarot not as a tool for divination, rather as a means to help you better understand the themes running through your life and how you can best understand them.
